---Flashback Kennel takes great pride in producing happy, healthy, beautiful puppies and placing these puppies in loving responsible pet homes. To insure the future safety of these puppies, all purchasers of my puppies must read, understand and sign this information form before taking physical custody of any puppy produced by Flashback Kennel.
---Flashback Kennel routinely has puppies checked by a licensed veteranarian before they are placed in new homes. NEW OWNER MUST have the puppy again vet checked by the vet of their choice within 72 hours of purchase. Failure to do so voids all guarantee on puppy. This is required because Flashback Kennel raises healthy puppies, we know that. New owners need to know that too. Double vet checks, one by each party, insures a healthy puppy.
---Puppies are born with maternal antibodies to protect them from disease. As puppies mature, they slowly shed these maternal antibodies and their protection lessens. Puppies must receive a series of vaccinations, given every 2-4 weeks until 14-16 weeks of age. All puppies at Flashback Kennel are given vaccinations appropriate for their age. Purchasers of my puppies MUST assume the responsibilty of continuing to complete the series of vaccinations to protect the puppies health. Failure to do so voids all guarantee on puppy.
---Almost all puppies are born with worms. This is a simple fact of breeding dogs. All of Flashback Kennel's adult dogs receive regular wormings. Still, some puppies are born with worms, it can't be avoided. BUT each puppy is put on a strict worming schedule and Flashback Kennel guarantees none of our puppies to have worms to the point of damaging the puppies health in any way. Wormers attack adult worms, they can not destroy the eggs. A dog can be wormed, then have a stook check and check negative for worms, but the eggs then hatch and worms are again present. The only way to attack the worms is with several wormings given at weekly intervals. All puppies leaving Flashback Kennel have been started on this worming schedule and therefore they DO NOT have a heavy worm infestation. This does not mean they may not have worms. The New Owner MUST continue this worming schedule to insure worms are killed as they hatch. This a maintaince program. All puppies and dogs require periodic wormings.
---Flashback Kennel DOES NOT guarantee the size or weight a puppy will mature too. Each puppy in a litter may mature to a different size, especially with the Designer Puppies. What Flashback Kennel does do is show you the parents of the puppy and honestly discuss what previous puppies of similar breedings have matured too. Please note the older a puppy is, the easier it is to give an "educated guess" at the mature size. If a few ozs or lbs is very important to you, it is best to consider an older puppy.
---Flashback Kennel has gone to great expense with a safe comfortable facility for our dogs, feeding quality food, medicines, groomings and veteranarian care of each puppy produced here BEFORE it leaves us. Therefore it MUST BE UNDERSTOOD by New Owner that Flashback Kennel WILL NOT be responsible for any expenses incurred by new owner after the puppy has left our care. IF YOUR NEW PUPPY IS DEEMED UNFIT AS A PET BY YOUR VETERANARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PURCHASE, DO NOT SEEK TREATMENT FOR THE PUPPY! IMMMEDIATELY CONTACT FLASHBACK KENNEL AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO RETURN THE PUPPY TO US. WE WILL REPLACE THE PUPPY WITH ANOTHER PUPPY OF EQUAL OR HIGHER VALUE at the time the puppy is returned or as soon as one is reasonably available. No cash refunds are given. Or we may take the puppy, care for it and return it when the problem is solved.
---New Owner is responsible for full care, control, maintainance and ALL EXPENSES incurred by purchase of a puppy from Flashback Kennel at time of purchase. Any vet work, tests, x-rays, medicines, chewed furniture or shoes, etc are the soul responsibility of the New Owner. Flashback Kennel WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY EXPENSES ON PUPPY!
